The Host Cafe
Monday to Friday 8am to 2pm

From freshly ground coffee to peppermint tea, to homemade cakes and bakes to paninis and soup, there's something for everyone in our community along with a warm welcome at The Host Cafe.

Help Fund an Apprentice!

The Host Café at St. Luke's, Portsmouth is seeking funding for a new apprenticeship scheme designed to empower young people with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the hospitality industry. Our café will provide a welcoming environment where apprentices will receive barista training, customer service skills development, and hands-on experience.

While we establish our income stream. £5000 would enable us to support one young person for six months as we launch our brand new community café.

Portsmouth City Council has awarded us a grant to allow for the refurbishment of the space, and Awards for All have also supported us with staffing costs. Help us complete the picture. All profits from the Host Café will be invested back in the local community.

Join us in investing in the future of our community's young people!
